We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Surrogate Support Coordinator to join our team to support surrogate mothers before and during their surrogacy journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Contract Home Visits:
- Visit the homes of potential surrogate mothers before signing the agreement.
- Confirm that their decision to become a surrogate is made voluntarily and without coercion.
- Ensure that their decision has the support of their family and close friends.
- Assess the home environment to determine if it is suitable for a safe and healthy pregnancy if the surrogate chooses to stay at home during the pregnancy (surrogates may also choose to live in the agency-provided apartment).
Pregnancy Support:
- Arrange transportation for the surrogate’s prenatal check-ups.
- Provide daily living support and guidance during the pregnancy.
- Conduct regular in-person or phone/video check-ins to offer psychological support and counseling throughout the pregnancy.
